I am what they call an extroverted - introvert. I enjoy spending time with people but I also love my alone time. I am an observer of sorts. I might not say much, but when I do I tend to go off on a tangent.
I am a problem solver by nature, who love organisation! I am an upbeat person who always try to see the good in others (and I must admit, sometimes to a fault). My friends would describe me as helpful, caring, considerate and the peacemaker.
Having lived in 4 different countries, I am well into my personal goals of seeing the world and meeting people from all walks of life.
I try and spend as much time in nature, If I could climb every mountain I would! My wish is that I remain empathic and patient with my own growth and that of others.
With a formal education in Graphic Design, I have a great understanding of various printing processes, design techniques and terminology. My work experience has been spread across various industries; from Promotional and Corporate attire, Motosports, Hospitality and Private Clubs.
My area of focus over the past few years includes, but is not limited to; Magazines layouts, book design, Marketing Collateral (Brochures, flyers, posters, schedules, signage, annual reports, newsletters, etc).
My semi-compulsive need for organization makes my design style clean, clear, simple and easy to navigate. Part of my process is to understand the end result first.
From budget expectaions, to deliverables, these are just some of the things that gets ironed out to ensure a happy outcome.
The first time I heard this quote was when I was living and working in Flagstaff, Arizona in 2019. It’s fitting to the person I am, or rather who I want to be. I love being outdoors! It’s my happy place!
There have been so many instances in my life where I was veered off path. And while frustrated in the moment time revealed how it all turned out for the best….I truly believe; I will be where I need to be, when I need to be there.
